New Deadlines for Opting In and Out of Lunches
are
effective from 1 February 2024 Onwards

Please note that effective from 1 February 2024 our rules and practice regarding notification of attendance and non-attendance at lunches have changed.

 

Full members opting out of a lunch (and associates opting in) must inform the Lunch Secretary by THURSDAY NIGHT, not Sunday lunchtime as was previously the case. This also applies to notification of attendance of guests.

 

This is because The Connaught Hotel now needs our lunch numbers by the Friday before our monthly meetings.  

If you need to opt in or out of the monthly lunch or are bringing a guest please contact the Lunch Secretary, Gordon Tillett, by email or telephone by THURSDAY NIGHT at the latest.
