Deadlines for Opting In and Out of Lunches
Dietary Requirements and Allergies 
and requesting the Vegetarian Menu Option

IMPORTANT CHANGE FOR THE OCTOBER 2026 MEETING

For the month of October 2026 Full Members must opt in to the lunch along with Hon Life Members and  Associates and inform the Lunch Secretary (with a copy to the Secretary and Treasurer) by 6pm MONDAY NIGHT, the week before the meeting. This also applies to notification of attendance of guests.  Failure by full Members to notify their attendance  in good time will result in no meal being available.

The deadline is necessary because The Royal Motor Yacht Club needs our exact lunch numbers by the Tuesday before our monthly meetings (i.e. one week before).  It follows that if you have not notified your attendance for the October 2026 meeting you cannot then turn up at that lunch meeting and expect lunch to be available because the Lunch Secretary will not have ordered a lunch for you.

Monthly Menu - the menu is published on the website here. If you have any special dietary requirements or allergies or require the vegetarian alternative you must inform the Lunch Secretary, by email or telephone by MONDAY NIGHT one week before at the latest.
