What's Coming Up in September and October 2026
 

IMPORTANT - CHANGE IN LUNCH ARRANGEMENTS FOR OCTOBER

Members are requested to note that for the October 2026 lunch the usual arrangements where Members only notify non-attendance has changed.

If you are going to attend the October meeting and take lunch you must advise the Lunch Secretary (with copy to the Secretary and Treasurer) by email or telephone the usual 8 days before the lunch. Note that if you turn up on the day and have not already notified your attendance within the deadline there will not be a meal for you!!   Hon Life Members and Associate Members should continue to advise their attendance as usual. 

 

Any questions or comments about this change should be raised with the lunch Secretary.  It is expected that the normal lunch arrangements will operate in November 2026.

Note that the deadline for Full Members opting in together with Hon Life Members and  Associate Members is by 6pm on Monday, 12  October. ​If you are planning to attend you need to opt in to the October lunch by contacting the Lunch Secretary, Keith Marshall by email or telephone by no later than 6pm on Monday, 12 October, one week before at the latest. Please also copy in the Secretary, Stephen Macey and the Treasurer, Eric Fisher. The monthly Meeting Fee is £31.
