Golf Section

 Probus Club of Poole has a small but enthusiastic Golf Section which meets regularly throughout the year. There is no Handicap restriction and guests are always most welcome. 

 

Two competitions are held annually:

The Lansley Cup. This is the Club Championship and comprises two rounds of golf played over two different courses on two different days (normally one in the Spring and one in the early Autumn). The format is Stableford off full handicap, with the winner being the player amassing the greatest aggregate total of points over the two rounds. The Clutterbuck Trophy is awarded to the player having the best score in either of the two rounds.
