Annual General Meeting​​​​​​​​​​​ 2026

The AGM Minutes are now available to view in the Members' Section of the website.

Following the AGM the Club Rules have been updated and are available in the Members' Section of the website.

Members are asked to note this important change

Following a vote by members at the AGM the Club has now ended free Taster Lunches.

 

When a member invites a guest, including for the first time to get a feel for the Club with a view to becoming a member, it shall be the responsibility of the member to ensure that the guest’s lunch is paid for.  The Induction lunch and all subsequent meals shall be at the expense of the new member.

Members Handbook (Blue Book) 2026

The new Blue Book is currently with the printer and will be available at the monthly meeting on 17 February.

Note that the deadline for Full Members opting out and Associate Members opting in is by close on Monday, 9 February. ​If you need to opt in or out of the monthly lunch please contact the Lunch Secretary, Keith Marshall by email or telephone by no later than 6pm on Monday, 9 February, one week before at the latest. Please also copy in the Secretary, Stephen Macey and the Treasurer, Eric Fisher. The monthly Meeting Fee from February onwards is £31.

​Please note that the monthly lunch menus are  set out here- a vegetarian alternative is available provided you make your request to the Lunch Secretary, with a copy to the Secretary, by close on Monday, 9 February.
